"It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. "We went in for breakfast and the poor waitress was run off her feet with little to no help in sight. She was doing her level best and was treated rudely by some guests where I almost wanted to step in but didn’t. I was proud of her for not engaging with them in a negative manner. "The room was great, but if took nearly an hour to get checked in. A wedding was going on and the line of people checking in was to the door. They left one single person to do all the check-ins and handle guest issues. That was truly ridiculous. We ended up running late for the concert we were in town to attend, due to the delays."

"Property is not bad, room house keeping could be improved as service is every third day. Upon arrival at property found tap in bathroom is loose and doesn’t drain well. It was fixed though upon request. Towels were picked up regular however the tub was not cleaned regularly along with floor in bathroom. Breakfast is provided however could use some improvement."

"I’ll start with the staff - the best, most friendly staff I have ever encountered!
As for the hotel, dated; slow old elevators, gym with minimum equipment, feel was old.
The room had 2 double beds but was way too small for the configuration. There was no room to walk on either side f either bed. Very disappointing for the price."
