"My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the room itself left quite a bit to be desired. It was noticeably dusty, and several items in the bathroom were either broken or in poor condition. The windows were also quite dirty, which made the overall atmosphere feel neglected.
Navigating the hotel was another challenge. The layout felt like a maze, and it was surprisingly easy to get lost. While directions were provided at check-in, they were fairly vague and didn’t make finding my way around much easier.
That said, the staff was a definite highlight of the stay. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Their positive attitude helped offset some of the shortcomings of the property itself.
Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the facilities and the confusing layout made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been."
