"Wow, what a fabulous place for a Staycation. The buildings are all old and have been left in their original form however the rooms are great, the food great, the location however, fabulous. If you want a break and enjoy a walk and a glass of bubbles or two with a view, this is the place. I have lived in Sydney all my life and cannot believe I have never stayed her before. We will be back every 6 months."

"The room was renovated and clean. Appreciated the complimentary water bottles, milk and drink vouchers. Daily cleaning. Aircon works great. All the amenities we needed (minus a microwave) were provided in the room. Ample parking. 5min walk to the train station. At night, you can hear some road noise and music from downstairs, but it's not that loud. Ear plugs are provided. However, the beds were so comfortable that we had a good night's sleep. The beds had wheels and tended to move too much....

"The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The hotel also was fantastic. The only downside for me was the cleanliness. When we arrived, there were pieces of paper on the nightstand, the surfaces were dusty, and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom faucet. "Upon arrival, staff member was very courteous and helpful. Cabin was nice. Smelled like mould in the cupboards. Microwave didnt work. Leaks in the bathroom from the shower and under the sink. An hour of our stay was taken away as we left the cabin for breakfast and came back to find the cleaner in our cabin. Staff upon leaving did nothing to deal with us having an hour shaved off our paid time. Overall, was an ok stay. Grounds were clean. Amenities were nice."
