"We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel in Charlevoix. We only spent one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. Room appeared to have recent upgrades, so it was very well appointed and perfectly clean. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We were traveling with small dogs, and the area outside the hotel was perfect for walking them. Having a guest laundry room was so helpful!"

"Terri is an amazing host. She provides a nice breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, toast, some type of muffins or pastry, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. She is friendly and tries to provide anything extra you may need. The entire place was very clean. Our bed was also very comfortable. There are parts of the house, such as the stairway carpeting, that could be replaced but overall we were pleasantly surprised. The location is great and it's easy to walk to downtown Charlevoix. The parking is nice also. Terri does more than I would expect from a host of that type of property."
