"I booked a lake view room. To see the lake I had to go to secondary small window and look far right to get a sliver view I requested a different room. We were on early check in so told if we waited to 4 o’clock he may have something else. If check out is at 11 o’clock why at 1 o’clock wouldn’t they know what would be available at 4? I offered to pay up charge for a lake view but was told same thing. We kept the original room. For that reason won’t return. Unfortunate because good location and very clean"
