We brought in lunch from the market one day and ate outside surrounded by olive trees. .Hosts are very helpful and flexible. Nice easy walk to old part of town. 10 plus minutes depending on your speed. Follow the directions they send you to find and enter place. I recommend. "

"Le Galinier is magical and romantic. Our suite was beautiful—modern yet full of charm—with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent. It truly felt like a perfect home away from home. A lovely surprise was the Beaumier rosé—we really enjoyed sipping it by the pool. "The city of Manosque isn't really worth a visit - I chose it thinking it was central to the lavender fields and close to the L'Occitane factory (I call it the Poughkeepsie of Provence...). I thought it would be a good idea to have a cheap hotel in the pedestrian section of town but what I hadn't taken into consideration is that the high cost of parking our rental car made this "budget" hotel more expensive than the Ibis on the outskirts of town.
