"It is a very nice hotel. However, there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathtub and when we called the front desk to tell them, it took them forever to come, so we called again and you can hear over the radio.... lady in room .... is being super impatient hurry up. Its 8pm and all we wanted to do was shower. She came and got the washcloth but thats it. Didn't bother cleaning the bathtub so we have no idea if it was even cleaned before us or not. We asked her to please clean the bathtub and shower, and all she was run some water on it. If youre gonna use a radio for communication try and keep it professional or wear an earpiece so the guest cant here you."

"I stayed at this Motel 6 location when I first arrived in Dallas, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing—especially compared to my previous stay at Motel 6 in Los Angeles, which was decent and acceptable. The room here was in very poor condition. It was clearly not cleaned properly—there was hair on the floor, and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The furniture was also in bad shape, the sofa was worn out and partially broken. On top of that, some of the lights in the room didn’t even work, the refrigerator was extremely noisy, and the soundproofing was terrible—you could easily hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms. Overall, the room felt old, poorly maintained, and far from clean. This was not the standard I expected based on my previous experience with Motel 6."

"Perfect low budget option for an overnight stay. The airport shuttle is included. Remember to call them to pick you up at the airport. Once in the inn, you can choose a time for the shuttle to take you back to the airport the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, hangers, hot water, a working AC, and a comfy bed). Didn't see any bedbugs. The spring box cover was stained. Likewise, the towels and bedsheets had some small remaining makeup stains (I assume a result of bulk laundry). Overall, it met our expectations."
