"My stay at Sandman was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed superb. Didn't use amentities (pool, fitness room), but they looked good from the doors. It would be very helpful if the hotel had a free shuttle from and to the airport. Just a suggestion. I also suggest microwaves in each room"

"THE HOTEL WAS FINE, MY PROBLEM WAS WITH MY RESERVATION THROUGH EXPEDIA, I RESERVED A ROOM FOR 5 PEOPLE AND THE ROOM GIVEN TO ME WAS FOR THREE, WHICH FORCED ME TO GET AN EXTRA ROOM FOR TWO. NOT SURE I UNDERSTAND HOW THE HOTEL WAS NOT AWARE THAT THE RESERVATION WAS FOR 5 PEOPLE, AND WHEN ARRIVED THEY NOT ACCOMMODATED ME AND MY FAMILY ACCORDING TO MY RESERVATION. I WOULD LIKE AN EXPLANATION, SINCE I HAVE THE SAME RESERVATION FOR JUNE 27"

"Our room had numerous stains of a dark color throughout the room. We had a bad experience in the restaurant after check in. We were seated our order was taken, our drinks were brought then our server just disappeared. A different server brought our food which included the incorrect salad and missing spinach and artichoke appetizer. She took back the incorrect salad brought the correct which was less than pleasing taste wise. They finally brought the appetizer after we starting eating our ...

"Good breakfast but not the cleanest place. Elevator ceiling was half missing and our air conditioner unit was dripping water. Room was a funky smell. Staff was friendly!"

"The hotel is great; the staff is great. The A/C is mounted in the window, and it is incredibly noisy. It is very difficult to sleep. The shuttle service is hectic. It's overcrowded with people sitting on the floor of the van."

"We stayed for 4 days and 4 night. The whole time we asked for the trash and fresh towels daily. And not once did housekeeping pick up our trash. And the only young black man that worked nights was any help. He was always polite and he would give us fresh towels. Other than trash not being picked up or not getting fresh towels. That was okay."
