I believe the waiter that served us was Julio from Elsavador was Excellent , so much so that we ate at the steakhouse twice. He was awesome. Funny knowledgeable, and very professional.

Easy self parking, very efficient check in, Hotel has lots of dining options and access to Paradise Springs waterpark, which the kids always enjoy!! We come here every year and we love it!

Gaylord Hotels are by far the best Resort hotel I’ve been to. Everything you’d want under one roof! Though it’s luxury at every turn, it’s still affordable and we keep coming back!

It was a great stay. Check in seemed a little slow but it was super busy since it was a holiday weekend, but I know everyone at the check in desk was doing their best. Other than that it was a great stay.

I always love my stay ..1st tine taking my little grandchildren..at which they were blown away by everything...but the outdoor pool could use a safety rope to notify the people were the 3ft ends-heading to the deep end...just a suggestion
