This is false advertising from the hotel. There is no restaurant, no bar, you have to pay to park. No staff! No help! This is not a place to pick.

Very minimalistic rooms, but clean and comfy. No keys and using the Goki app was different but interesting. Floor to ceiling shades were nice. Bare concrete floors were just what we needed considering it was 105degrees outside. I’d stay there again. CVS is literally Nextdoor plus various restaurants in the building Nextdoor. As well as Hurtado’s BBQ across the street.

There was no coffee maker, no microwave, only a bed, couple of chairs and a small fridge. AC wasn’t working very good and they refused a refund when we had to leave early due to a death in our family. Wasn’t a pleasant experience for us.

Checking in was a hassle, but fortunately, there was a person at the front desk. She couldn’t get me into the app for the front door, but she eventually gave me a code to get into my room. We could then escape the extremely hot and smelly lobby. I then had to call the hotel to get help getting the app to work and access the main entrance and my room via the app. The room had no washcloths, hand towels, or body soap. The shower was a nightmare. The showerhead was so powerful that it hurt when it touched my skin. There was a balcony, but there was no furniture on it. I won’t be staying there again.

The room was big and clean. However, the air condition would go off (it was on a timer) and when I changed it on the thermostat, it would default back. The lights are on motion detection, so if I would sit up or move abruptly they would go on in the middle of night. When I came in one evening around 7, the elevator was down and the doors were lock so I could not get up to my room. It took about an hour before elevator was working again (I think they reset the breaker.)

If you are technology challenged or if you are prone to having your phone die, do not stay here! There is no front desk. There is no lobby. There is a girl with an iPad when you walk in. This is just a concrete building/apartment building. Your key to the building and to your room is all electronic through an app. The amenities are very minimalist. It’s like staying in a dorm room. If the process to download the key does not work there is no backup solution.

Jeremy was so so extremely helpful and gracious!! The sweet girl that worked front desk was helpful and so nice!!! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and was perfect for my daughter and I!! I’d recommend to anyone looking first a place in downtown ft. Worth.

Early information said to download the app to check in and await instructions but i never received any info. I called the hotel number at check in time and they advised someone was actually on site to help. That definitely helped making check in a breeze. The app was easy to use to unlock doors, room was great -clean and as advertised. Great place over all, we would come back.

The hotel is conveniently located and the self serve staffless model is easy to use but the worst part of staying is the noise. Sounds from other guests, talking in the halls, and all internal noise is loud and very noticeable in your room. I did not sleep well and I had no ear plugs to help. Even the white noise app couldn’t help me. Be aware of the high noise levels inside the bldg and if you stay bring your ear plugs.

First time visit. Staff helped us check in early, with parking too. Room was very cool, bed comfortable and the floor to ceiling shades were awesome. Lots of places to eat walking distance and CVS right next door. Only downside was not being able to get the TV to work. Not a big deal, just used mobile to watch some YouTube while we had some down time.

I asked for 2 beds, got one. Our room was hot and uncomfortable. We had a leak from the light fixture as soon as we walked in to the room. Had half a roll of toilet paper, had to ask for more.

The staff and room were fine. I just definitely didn't feel safe sleeping there. There were so many noises, and people slamming doors. I left in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep properly. And the AC barely worked and it was so hot

I hated this hotel, if you want to call it that. There’s not a single human being in sight. There’s a community kitchen with a Keurig, but the pods are not stocked.— only decaf left. Not enough in the room, no tissue, no clock. The parking is confusing. It’s bare bones to the utmost degree. The room looks cool, but that’s about it. I’m glad I didn’t have to stay here for more than one night.

cool industrial chic architecture, but no sound insulation. can hear every toilet flush and people coughing 2 rooms over, as well as various unidentified sounds of building creak and groan as temperatures changed. but biggest complaint was that the cool looking 4th floor coffee and break room that was advertised with free coffee did not have coffee- was told they will get it in a few days with next delivery. did find a cool coffee shop in walking distance
