"Beautiful rooms and great view. Very comfortable beds and felt like quiet luxury.

"Check in queue takes time, they should have put more staff to accommodate clients faster. Upon checking in our room looks like not that ready to be occupied as there were no bathrobe, slippers, and towels. Tried to call thrice the operator to request for it but not picking up so ended up that my husband went down the lobby to request for it. "Frühstück war leider etwas enttäuschend.
Am ersten Tag gab es ein Buffet mit einer sehr überschaubaren Auswahl. Am zweiten Tag à la carte, Bei dem man sich jedoch lediglich ein Gericht und ein Getränk auswählen durfte. Beim Essen ist dies ja noch durchaus nachvollziehbar, jedoch bei den Getränken nicht.
Ansonsten schönes Hotel, saubere geräumige Zimmer. Wir würden wieder kommen, jedoch diesmal kein Frühstück buchen."

"Slight smell from the restaurant's outside in the lobby when you walked in but once you got to reception you could not smell it.
Great location, staff and very easy parking. Will stay here again."

"We organised a one-night staycation and were unfortunately disappointed with the overall condition of the room. The couch was stained and overall cleanliness was terrible, the furniture felt outdated, and there was no dining table in the suite we booked. To make matters worse, the bathtub drainage wasn’t working properly, and the toilet flush button was also faulty.
