"Conference room in on floor 5 my room was below. When addressed noise level to staff, they brush me off and got off the phone in a hurry. I had to ask for compensation for being kept up until 10:30pm. I get in at 2am that morning.... I got a coffee as compensation of 5 hours of no sleep...not ..."
