"Good location and nice rooms....but the foyer is awful, the WIFI is not secured, ( our other hotels had secure WIFI)the elevators, hallways are dark and dirty and they didn't clean well. the upholster chairs in our room were stained. Staff were friendly when you were face to face but they didn't address the issues. T"

"Under construction and I did not know this. The deck was not usable because of scaffolding and dust, couldn’t get the tv to display visual just Audio. All this aside, great location, Apartment was well appointed and nice functional layout, full kitchen and full laundry area with both washer and dryer and sink. I’d recommend. "

"This is a quiet gem of a place. We stayed 5 nights in a suite with a kitchen and deck overlooking the harbour. Easy access to the Auckland harbour ferry. 10 minutes to the viaduct. "

"Parking was an issue for larger vehicles. Aircon didn’t work. Carpet needed replacing. If you are after an average stay for a short time it is perfect but wouldn’t like to stay for long periods of time."

"Very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. Apartment is new and is nicely decorated. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is small but works well. Building is central to shops and easy access to motorway. Highly recommend "

"Clean room however there was a smell from the bathroom but left extractor fan on continuously and ok. Air conditioning was a noisy freestanding unit but very affective. Love cation excellent just minutes from harbour and transport links. "

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay there: staff were courteous, bed was comfortable, ro9m was clean and I liked the quietness . The Wi-Fi was a bit of a let down though, it kept dropping out at times. But I would definitely stay there again!"
