"Arrived late, found room key as promised, courtyard was dimly lit and room numbers either missing or faded and difficult to see But once inside found this rather unappealing exterior I found my small room to be very quiet, immaculately clean, furnished with nice bedding and towels, hot water for coffee or tea, fridge and microwave. "Great place to stay at! Close to the Bay Area and beach. We saw kiters riding. Hopefully we will try next time too! The place is easy to find and we loved the area even more than Auckland. The place is clean and cozy. Very convenient to check in and out "
