"Parking lot next to the hotel was being torn up with heavy equipment starting at 10 pm right outside our window. Since it wasn’t looking like it was going to stop, at 1:30 am we requested and got switched to another room. Enjoyed the breakfast."

"The espresso machines are a nice touch, but not everyone is familiar with how to use them. It might be helpful to provide simple instructions, including how to make a regular cup of coffee, for guests who aren't looking for specialty drinks. The blinds are attractive, but they don't offer much privacy since you can easily see through them from both inside and outside. They also do very little to block sunlight. Adding curtains would greatly improve both privacy and light control. Considering...

"We found that the bathroom, while clean, didn’t have the amenities we have found in other Hampton Inns. The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter. Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. The omelettes seemed fake and the waffle maker was a challenge to use. More time was spent trying to peel the waffle off the cooking plates. "Older property but very functional. Owner/manager is quite funny and delightful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Area is safe with ample parking. Excellent motel for a great price."

"There is no individual room air conditioning and the staff said it was set at 68 which is impossible as the room was at 75 with my thermometer. Huge gap below the door so had to plug it for the night. Bathroom toilet seat was stained and burned. Floor was gritty and there were spill stains on the wall. The whole building is not maintained.
