"Overall Novotel is good, however the room that we in, had a very noisy air con. The fan is so loud. You will not realise it during the day, but at night it is so noisy."

"Typical Ibis budget offering (small, bland but clean rooms) but value for money was good close to the airport and next door to some fast food options. $12 shuttle to the airport terminals. 1km walk to Domestic terminal if you want to save this or the exorbitant train fare premium for getting on/off at the airport. Alternatively a 1.3 km walk to Mascot station although a local bus can get you part way there."

"Quirky hotel near the airport - great for a quick layover. Booked here for one night as we were flying out the next morning. Not close to much else by foot but it served its purpose quite well and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean, and rooms were nice. Couldn’t really ask for a better stay. "

"I have stayed here twice and I am planning to stay again soon. It is extremely convenient to the Sydney International Airport - 7 minute drive. There is parking on site and the continental breakfast included is excellent. There is also a ‘hot’ breakfast option for $15! I stayed in a ground level room which was spacious, near, clean and everything worked. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon was quiet and effective. Although we were close to the airport, there was virtually no noise...

"Lovely welcoming attentive staff, great breakfast and spacious room. Nice pool too. I gave four stars instead of five because our room had aircon issues so we were cold the whole time. The tech came but it was a bit of a ‘wait and see’ situation and by the time we got in after our night out, we were too tired to request changing rooms."

"This hotel is going to close at the end of July for a full renovation that will take 18 months. The inside is awful. Carpet is ducted taped!!! for rips in the carpet, and other places warn so bad it is down to nothing. The TV had issues even staying on, connection was bad. TV station were awful, nothing current except the news. All old TV shows. The Breakfast is sure not worth what it cost. The scrambled eggs tasted like sand. The waffles were as hard as rocks. We told a person about it, and not...
