"We arrived late and staff were very helpful and our flight the next day was not until later in the afternoon so the staff helped us out and locked our bags in the office while we walked to the beach. All the staff were very helpful 10/10. Thank you. "

"The hotel was great overall, just wish that the bay room guests had a close by reception option, atleast to get beach towels and other items. "

"Great location. Great property. The only thing thats missing is probably bottled water. Tap water is drinkable but will be good to at least have complimentary 2 bottles a day. There is a main supermarket across the street so it was no problem at all. Aircon not the strongest at times but we managed. "

"Staff was super friendly, upgraded my friends and I to a much preferred room and were super easy to talk to and ask questions of, great host! Location was prime next to Coogee; just a bummer that lockers had to be paid for"
