"Clean and welcoming"

"This was a lower cost alternative to other properties blocked for a conference I attended. It is walkable to the convention center or there is a free shuttle there or to the airport. Just call and they come and pick you up. Comfortable, clean, decent free breakfast, and staff was helpful. Only complaint is the street noise, many sirens. Pack your earplugs and enjoy your stay. "

"My stay was wonderful!! Everything was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. The front desk staff was awesome! Stephanie, Nyoka, and I don’t remember the name of the young lady that checked me in on my first night around 6pm but she was very nice and helpful. Our toilet handle wouldn’t flush so I called the front desk and she did not hesitate to change our room. I highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Everything about this place was just fantastic! The cleanliness and the comfortability was amazing. The staff were so welcoming. I was immediately offered complimentary champagne which kicked off our stay! This hotel is in the heart of downtown so we were able to shop, eat and look around all within walking distance which is a plus! The rooftop bar was such a vibe! I would absolutely stay here again! "

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Pinch. They provided us with a welcome cocktail and upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite upon arrival. The customer service and hospitality was second to none. The room was spacious and gorgeous. The bathroom was well lit and exceptionally clean which was important to me. Housekeeping staff was very detailed and on point. The pastries for the complementary breakfast were delicious and this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. "

"Excellent set-up - two large bedrooms with comfy king-sized beds, a nice living/sitting room and kitchen. The unit is right across the street from a nice small Mexican restaurant with good margaritas (if you arrive early for check-in). The owner/manager was in contact in case we needed anything, but all was perfect."
