"This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at when in France, goose down white quilts, fresh bed linens, fluffy soft pillows, and comfortable mattress allow a weary vacationer/traveler to get a good night's sleep. The staff is wonderful, food at the in-house Jeanne D'Arc Restaurant is very good and reasonable for the fine cuisine. At the staff is very helpful and accommodating- especially Sheena who speaks French & English. I highly recommend this as the hotel to stay at in Rouen. Fitting it...

"Bjr très bon séjour dans cet hôtel spa. Personnel de la réception à l écoute et arrangeant merci Rebecca 😊. Super expérience au SPA très bon accueil, massage super PRO, les esthéticiennes sont très sympas piscine sauna hammam parfait, une petite boisson détox fraîche serait la bienvenue avant ou après les soins ). La chambre 404 malheureusement petite pour le prix même si la vue est magnifique mais avons eu le droit d’ y rester avec notre vieille petite chienne. Ensuite nous avons rajouté 2...
