Fint antik designat resort med mycket natur runt omkring. Med bil är hela östra Sicilien inom räckhåll.

We were part of a very large party taking various room grades from basic to suites. Views of the sea, and Etna in the distance are possible from where you’re located in the hotel. Accommodation at various levels was indifferent. Pool area was very busy as the hotel was full. Tried dinning twice, first experience we walked out after waiting far too long to be attended to. Second time, 2x tables for around 19 people. Service was dreadfully slow, took our table over an hour before drink orders were taken, as there was only one waitress to cover both tables. She was fabulous ( Julia ) and it’s unfortunate the hotel didn’t give her more help, as for future meals we decided to all eat out. Snack menu around the pool good. Breakfast good Location well off the beaten track, you cannot walk, to any nearby eateries/ bars. Taxi prices are astronomical, be very careful, !!!!! Rooms were clean, as was the hotel areas Would I stay there again no

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, insbesondere die Mitarbeiterin, die an unserem Ankunftstag ihren zweiten Arbeitstag hatte. Abgesehen vom tollen Meerblick, liegt die Hotelanlage nicht in einem sehr schönem Umfeld. Man sieht auch, dass sie schon bessere Jahre erlebt und an vielen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig ist. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer. Man konnte jedes Wort das dort gesprochen wurde so verstehen, als wäre keine Türe vorhanden. Dort wohnte eine skandinavische Familie mit zwei Kindern, die ohne Rücksicht auf uns die Nacht zum Tag machten. Vor unserer Terrasse wurde der Blick aufs Meer durch abgestellte Gestelle für Hängematten und diverser anderer Gegenstände, sowie einem alten fast zerfallenem Holzverschlag, der offenbar eine nicht zu ende gebaute Treppe/Schacht sichern sollte, gestört. Der Pool wurde von 09:00 bis 18:00 so mit Musik beschallt, dass man in angrenzenden Zimmern, keine Ruhe hatte. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen von dem, was man in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten könnte.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!

We had a fantastic stay!. Luca at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, kind and accommodating. A real pleasure to communicate with. Annalisa at the pool bar is a gem. She is very sweet and creates a relaxed atmosphere. We spent a lot of time at the pool and enjoyed the convenience and service of the bar. Rooms had A/C with a little fridge and were quite lovely. We ended up staying an additional night. We will certainly be back! A gem in Augusta.

Leste at det var bademuligheter der, men det er ikke mulig. Ikke noe og gjøre der i nærheten så man er avhengig av bil. Men utsikten var strålende .De som jobbet i resturangen var ikke gode i engelsk, og i resepsjonen. Pratet om oss norske, på deres språk. Det er dårlig oppførsel/kundebehandling

Sul mare.... ma gestione scarsa

Conoscevo questo hotel sul mare quando era gestito da NH in modo professionale. Purtroppo ho avuto la inaspettata sorpresa di una nuova gestione che non è assolutamente all'altezza. Un hotel che dice di essere a 4 stelle non può essere così scadente, soprattutto nella gestione del cliente. Colazione che neanche un ostello della gioventù presenterebbe! La risposta al reclamo: "Si è vero, ma l'hotel ha pochi ospiti...." .Vergognoso. SCONSIGLIATO

The hotel has a great view of the sea. The only downside was their is a night club or house about a kilometer away and their music was so loud I could hear it clearly in my room at midnight. The wifi speeds and TV channels were great. I'd stay here again. The room had 2 patios.

Absolutely magnificent hotel in a gorgeous setting

How lucky to find such a heavenly place. The best pool I've seen in a while and a great restaurant at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only heads up is that the beds are a bit hard and not in the good way. But I would still stay here again and again for the entire experience nonetheless. Thank you for a wonderful visit to your area hotel Venus garden.

hotel fantastico con vista sul mare

hotel molto confortevole, personale gentile, camere ottime, pulite con tutti i confort richiesti. Piscina all'aperto molto pulita con servizi ancora non efficienti. Colazione abbondante con veranda vista sul mare gradevolissima, nel complesso una bella struttura molto caratteristica per l'ubicazione strategica.

A Gem by the sea.

A very nice, clean and pleasant hotel, with great views and pool. The Staff were very friendly on the front desk and in the restaurant. Food for breakfast and dinner was very fresh and excellent.

Secluded

Secluded hotel with view of Etna and the sea. Wonderful staff in the reseption. Ok rooms, very nice pool area and one could take a dip in the sea (although no beach). Not so happy with the restaurant staff. They seemed like they hated their job and rolled their eyes at customers.
