"Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave."

"Booked for the fire pit but it wasn’t on. The free breakfast wasn’t great. Not sure what the eggs were. Our tv would also turn off while trying to look at the menu which was frustrating, and there wasn’t hotel info or check out on it that we could find. I don't like having to use apps on my phone for that. "

"Our air conditioner was loud and did not work properly - sometimes it wouldn’t even turn on and then when it was on it kept turning off. Our fridge froze everything solid that we put in it. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were in a chafing dish and one morning they were completely cold. I will say that the woman who worked at the breakfast room provided exceptional customer service, and the property is lucky to have her. "

"Front desk, some were extremely nice others not so much. Hotel room were clean and house keeping staff was very nice. Location was convenient. Little noise but not bad. "

"Breakfast selections were small, coffee was not hot, room was not cleaned while we were there. Only one chair in the room and it was a desk chair. Really!? Lighting was really inadequate. Furniture was a bit scraped/beat up. But beds were comfortable and staff in entrance were friendly. That is the only staff I saw all weekend. Overall it was disappointing. "
