It would have been 5 stars if my toilet would have flushed. I was able to get a different room after two days but feel like it should have been sooner or it could have been fixed. The staff gave me a plunger to fix it myself….. they had no maintenance on suite those days according to staff at the front desk.

This hotel was a newer building, with very comfortable beds, free laundry, and a very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

They put us in a room with a bathroom that was specifically for handicap guests. When we arrived, the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the room was dirty and dusty. I let the staff know that the floor was gross and dirty and I asked that they take some money off of my room however I am not sure if they did. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t sealed properly therefore it leaked all over the bathroom floor, causing slippery dangerous conditions. I finally asked to be moved to a different room where the shower wasn’t leaking upon arrival into the new room. I noticed there was urine dripping all down the front of the toilet and that room was not properly cleaned either. The mirrors had smudges and streaks all over them. There were articles from previous guests laying around in the refrigerators were both dirty. The first room that we got had no paper towel and it was equipped with a tiny kitchenette. There was no soap provided at the kitchen sink to wash our hands in the dishes were dirty.

Entering the room it started off looking pretty good, however opening the fridge it was flooded with water, the freezer was covered in ice and dripping into the fridge. The cupboards were very dusty and had food/crumbs from the last person. The remote had liquid dried on it, it was gross, the housekeeping doesnt clean as much as you would expect only going into rooms once a week. The pool was filled with bugs and when asking the front desk if I can use the skimmer so my kids could swim, I was told no only maintenance can do that... the next day. It works in a pinch, but if there is another hotel near by try to go there 1st.

We were early so it took forever to check in. We were told there were no rooms available yet, even though we prepaid, but as we sat in the lobby for about an hour other people came in and were given a room. The room we finally received was noisy. You could hear everything going on outside from the second floor. Heating/cooling system was very strange to configure so i would suggest a how-to for guests.

The night manager was on point. She was helpful, professional and expedient. Made us feel important and welcomed immediately upon our arrival. Ran my own companies for over 40 years. She's a keeper. Giving the staff five stars for sure!

The room was clean and very comfortable. We stayed an entire week and did not receive maid service during that time. We called the front desk to ask for more toilet paper and bath towels and were told we would need to come down ourselves to get them from the front desk.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel offered free washer and dryers in their laundry room for guests to use. They even had a laundry basket in the room for you to take your own clothes. This was very useful for us!

Great hotel! The staff was very accommodating for my bachelorette party, they didn’t even make us pay for parking even though the listing said it was paid parking. The bathroom/shower is so nice, and the little kitchen in the room was very convenient. I only knocked off 1 star because the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pool wasn’t as nice as the pictures in the listing looked. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at this hotel. The wonderful staff was very pleasant for anything we needed. The room was clean and very adequate. No clothes hanger rod, but hangers. We had a wonderful stay! No breakfast but has a supply cupboard to buy from and free coffee. If you want a breakfast you''ll need to go out. Some resturaunts in walking distance, as well as a grocery store.
