"Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Good breakfast and buffet restaurant for dinner. We enjoyed our 2 night stay in Flåm"

"Room spacious for 3 people. Clean and tidy decoration. Bathroom nice with good shower. Really good games area for kids. Gym and sauna were well equipped though some of the machines were a little loose! Breakfast: there was a good selection of food. Had to wait a short time for new hot food to be served. Good coffee. Had dinner in the restaurant was a disaster with over an hour wait for cold food. They did apologise. "

"Staff were super accommodating and friendly. We arrived at 5 am and the offered to turn the lights down in the lounge so we could sleep. Let us store our luggage until we could get our room and when we left for a day trip. Food was wonderful as well. "

"Beautiful location! Arrived on a boat from Flam which was spectacular, next morning went to the Viking village which I would also strongly recommend. If we were to go again I probably wouldn’t get the breakfast at the hotel. The viking rooms are fun, glad I had a sleep mask "
