The room and staff were lovely but the website has misinformation. It said the pool hours were 12-6 but they were actually 6.30am to 11pm. If I’d known that I could have timed my visit so as not to coincide with the busiest time and all the kids!
Room had an interconnecting door and the family the other side were VERY loud til about 11pm making getting to sleep difficult.

Comfortable beds and a lovely big room. Really quiet apart from the room doors which slam extremely loudly!! Breakfast delicious and plentiful - and not a paper plate in sight 😊
Convenient to shops and eateries and an easy drive into Portland.

A gem of a property. The room was large and comfortable with nice amenities. Free entry into the gardens for residents and it was nice that so long as you are in before they close, you can exit back to the resort on your own time. Check in staff were friendly, but when checking out, I wasn’t acknowledged and felt like i had disturbed the receptionist when I asked what to do with the key. Also forgot breakfast was included so sadly missed out on that.

Great Hotel, staff were lovely, room was clean and the provided breakfast had better choice than most places I've stayed at. Plenty of (free) parking, and there's a petrol station, McD's and 7-11 all adjacent, so plenty of places to go for supplies.
Nice looking pool/hot tub, although we didn't try it. Had an issue connecting my FireTV stick to the hotel wifi, but eventually found a workaround (google "firestick hilton honors wifi" and follow the first link).
Overall, very good. Would...
