"The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. Very comfortable room and great view of the beach. The access to the beach wasn't bad. No elevator, despite having 3 floors. I loved the deck to relax and read, with the sound of the waves in the background. I was not a fan of the breakfast options available for the 2 days I was there. There was also hair in the shower that wasn't mine. Yuck! However, the French press for coffee in the room was a great touch. The hotel is located in a walkable neighborhood with lots of accessible restaurants."

"The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent right on the beach with a great view out of the room. The only problem was the room was not clean in many places especially one of the bathrooms when we checked into the room."

"My husband and I have stayed here a few times, even before it was Sunset Haven. The view is always amazing, the building is quiet and there is a private balcony. This property is probably less than 2 miles from Depoe Bay. Check in, even without an onsite office, was extremely simple. My only complaint is the bed. It was way too firm. I didn’t sleep well on it. My husband slept ok, but not great. When you pull into the parking lot it’s a bit confusing because a large part of what was formerly the parking lot is a construction zone. Stay to the right and pull up to the last building to the far right. There is a small sign on the railing with the name on it as well as a phone number to call. Call the number and they will give you a number for the key box. The key box contains two room keys. There is no daily service for your room, but they left enough towels for our 3 night stay. We enjoyed our stay."
