"This hotel is disgusting to say the least. The room was not clean and we initially didn’t realize until we went to take a shower and there were still dirty wash clothes hanging from The shower, not only that, no garbage bags, the tub was filthy, mold in the shower, dust hanging around the mirror and the vents..stains all over the floor. And the manager Diego Eloisa was very uncooperative and nonchalant, as if it was normal. Offered to give me points instead of a refund. Totally unacceptable!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, the chair was definitely in need of replacement , the pool was ice cold was not heated at all that was definitely a disappointment, the restaurant their was not that great either...."
