"If you are traveling with children, I would skip this hotel and any other hotel in a 3 block radius. The reason being that this hotel is in the heart of the red-light district in Zurich. I didn't know that prostitution was legal here ( not that it mattered to me and my boyfriend) until we arrived and started noticing that all the bars in this circle had women by themselves at tables smoking. Thats when we put two and two together and looked it up online.
That being said, the hotel itself was...

"Great location, clean and spacious property with seamless check-in.
We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the property. The location is excellent and easy to reach, and the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained.
Check-In & Communication
While there is no front desk, check-in was smooth and straightforward. All communication was handled clearly over the phone, making arrival quick and hassle-free.
Outside Area Note
Our only minor issue was the outdoor space....

"The staff was no really attentive with my requests.
The room was not clean and they come just one time to do the general cleaning, the towels where to small and only one time they replaced them.
Only only one window was able to open fully and was for the very noisy size, I can smell the bathroom and all the smock from the outside bus,
I really didn't have a confortable time, plus the location was very dangerous at night! that was most terrible thing."
