"Room daily cleaning did not exist. We needed to ask for fresh towels by WhatsApp. They left the fresh towels and did not remove the used ones. The room was very hot in May, fortunately we saw some fans during the 3rd day of the stay and ask for one, which was very helpful. The bathroom was comfortable as well as the bed."

"This hotel is in a funky location, it seemed like from the rooms, it may have been a corporate building turned into a hotel. However, the parking garage attached was very convenient and safe, and it was a short drive or Uber to the downtown area or train station. The hotel staff were very accommodating, and the breakfast was worth the price. I felt safe there, there was someone on staff 24 hours and always ready to answer our questions. Now the room, was okay. We were a little bummed they didn't have a fridge or AC, but there were some fans available and the windows did open in the room, so we were okay with the alternative. They even brought us a portable fridge to used to cool our drinks. The layout of the room was a little strange a the way the shower is set up, we had a lot of excess water on the floor after taking showers, but overall for the price and stay it was worth it."
