"¡Fantástico! Alejado del centro, pero a solo siete minutos en coche de Carcassonne. Muy acogedor, limpio y tranquilo. Muy buen desayuno y propietarios muy hospitalarios."

"Hotel idéalement situé à l’entrée de la citadelle. L’hotel ainsi que les extérieurs avec la piscine sont tres jolies, un contraste avec les chambres qui n’ont aucun charme et un peu vieillotte. Les chambres sont également mal insonorisées, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir. "

"The hotel is very convenient for accessing the fortress, shops & restaurants. It is right across the street from the wall & very close to the gate without the long uphill walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean. The shower was a little small but fine & there was also a free standing tub. We would definitely stay there again."

"Séjour très désagréable. La chambre ressemblait à un véritable igloo tellement il faisait froid. Impossible de retrouver une température normale, malgré plusieurs tentatives. Même le shampooing était glacé, c’est dire… Le lit était froid également, rendant la nuit extrêmement compliquée et inconfortable. Une expérience vraiment décevante."

Desde que entras en la finca te sientes transportado a otra época. Para mí fue muy gratificante y me gustó el ambiente. No lo recomiendo a las personas que buscan un lugar donde solo dormir, y ambientación moderna e impersonal. "This hotel is not for luxury travellers, but it's clean, the staff is excellent, and it's close to the airport. The parking lot is secured overnight by a gate (they give guests the code), and although the rooms are small, they have everything you need. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains that work better than any I've ever had before. I would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The owner explained everything in our room. A service that we never experienced before. Parking was free which is a huge bonus."

"Room was clean, breakfast was great (apart from the pod coffee machine not working very well), late check out at 12.00 was really helpful and staff were really friendly at the reception desk and at breakfast. The pool wasn’t open which was a shame as it was 26 degrees whilst we were there. I would definitely stay there again as it was so close to the medieval city. "
