"If you just need a place to sleep after a Tanglewood performance, it is very convenient and the price is right. It is very “tired” though."

"The room was attractive and clean - and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was also fairly inexpensive and a quick drive into Lenox. All the rooms were full suites with kitchens and living rooms. This was nice, but we didn't really need the kitchen and would have preferred an on-site restaurant for breakfast. Still, the super friendly staff directed us to the nearby Electra's cafe which had the best French toast I have ever eaten. We would definitely stay there again."

"My stay was great. There were a couple of problems with my room which were quickly fixed. Steve who is one of the front desk clerks is wonderful. He went above and beyond. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee just needs to be a little stronger..."

The property itself is beautiful, with lots of plants and gardens, and it looks like the host is continually improving and adding to the space. The room was clean and comfortable once we got settled. "We liked that we could walk to Tanglewood--the location was the strongest asset of the property. There was minimal staff-- I received a text that front desk staff was leaving at 7pm. The room was adequate. The heat exchanger worked but the air blew directly on our bed. There were no coffee pods with caffeine for early risers."
