"A bathroom floor tile was loose and there was no grout on the tiled floor. Not mich water came out of bathroom sink faucet, not even enough to wash anything. There is no coffee maker or coffee or tea in the room. Absolutely no amenity like glasses, dishes or even plastic cups to go with the kitchen. The phone was broken and making the noise all night. The staff is good and the cleaning is ok but the amenity was terrible. It almost looked like this room I had (311) was not ready for a guest. It looked like it was going to be renovated soon but they made me stay anyway. It was absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. "

"Room was clean, staff was friendly, areas outside the room had litter and trash cans were left till overflowing. My biggest issue was the poor quality AC and the "eco" / motion sensor controls. The AC struggled to cool the room and if it didnt detect motion it shut off. This lead to several poor nights of sleep due to room temperature rising to 78 despite a much cooler outside temperature."

"Property was clean, well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, and with the induction cook top loaner, I cooked and ate all my meals in the room during my stay... very nice to have that option. And the dishwasher was a bonus. Bed was comfortable, I slept better there than I do at home."
