"Rooms are dirty, sheets and curtains are stained, pet hair all over the box spring cover (I did not bring pets), roaches everywhere, no in room fridge or microwave, housekeeping won’t come even when requested, laundry personnel very “upset” when you request fresh towels, toilet clogged for 1 week of my stay, WiFi is non existent, and the “security” deposit doesn’t get refunded after your stay like they say it will.
