"By far the WORST hotel experience we have had as a family. First of all, the pictures are extremely deceiving, the hotel has a dirty exterior and looks like it is deteriorating. Directly in front of the hotel, there is an abandoned building with homeless bums inhabiting it. They were actively doing drugs without shame. In the actual room, there was a weird smell, the mirror had odd dark spots, the windows were DIRTY, and the bedsheets also. When we were checking out, knowing that the place was...

"Upon checking in, the room was filthy. There was a wooden desk chair with visibly dry liquid on the seat. the desk and dresser also had these same soiled areas. the outlets were loose when plugging in chargers. the mirror was also visibly stained/damaged. the luggage rack was rusty, the ironing board had no padding or cover. The walls had visible mold, especially in the bathroom. the shower/tub had built up soap scum. I did not check the water pressure, because I was hesitant to step into the...

"I am very disappointed because my family (4 people) and I booked a "deluxe" room three days in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was assigned a room that looked like it might have previously served as a shelter for the homeless—no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker, and only two towels for four people. So, it was anything but "deluxe." The least they could do is refund my money, especially since the staff couldn't even bring themselves to apologize; when I went to the front...

"Cleaning was insufficient, with hairs and bugs. Apartment smells of strong mold from HVAC. The HVAC is situated directly across from the headboard so air blows in your face all night and the mold makes you congested by morning. The furnishings and pillows are uncomfortable. I was overrun my roaches, gnats, and fleas. By the time I got home, my clothes reaked of mold and fleas were crawling on me. My wife wouldn't let me in the house. The maintenance and attention to detail is substandard; loose...
