The staff was SO friendly! The room was gorgeous, clean, sooo comfortable, and the VIEW we loved waking up to downtown in our window😍 went to sleep late and woke up early just to see the view every morning! We look forward to staying again!!

We had a corner room with a great view of the downtown skyline from both the living room and bedroom! The room was spacious which was a plus because we had our dog with us. Comfortable king size bed, roomy bathroom, large L shaped couch, table with chairs, two TV’s and refrigerator are some of the best amenities! Also enjoyed the free breakfast buffet and manager’s cocktail hour. Staff was friendly and helpful! Being on S. Congress gives you easy access to all the great shopping and culture! Will stay here again!

Room was clean but dated. Our toilet ran on and off. Breakfast was awesome - plenty of food and very friendly associates. Front desk was also excellent- we had trouble Getting into WiFi and they were very helpful.

The staff was fine, the hotel is terrible. They never gave us additional coffee, the lampshade fell off, the towel rack fell, tp was not replaced, towels, another story. The parking garage elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2021 and sounds like it is going to collapse. Description of parking is completely inaccurate. This is an incredibly tired property and needs a lot of maintenance and updating.
