The property was very clean and had many useful amenities. The host provided everything we needed such as laundry detergent, extra towels, etc. without an issue. The property is in a prime location and being able to walk out the front door and be able to be right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops, and bars was such a huge plus to this trip. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm in Austin, TX.

This place was perfect. The rooms were nice and spacious! Staff is very helpful but gives you the proper space but if we needed anything they help out right away. Free laundry and great vibe.

My partner and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Studio Haus. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist team were warm and accommodating, setting a positive tone for the visit. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, a large modern TV was a welcome touch for unwinding after a day out, and the freshly fitted shower was a pleasure to use. The beds delivered on comfort, ensuring a good night's rest. The location is arguably the star of the show. Surrounded by characterful bars and food stalls serving high-quality street food, there's plenty to keep you entertained just steps from the door. It's worth noting that the room is compact and best suited to guests who plan to spend most of their time out exploring, those looking for a spacious retreat may want to manage expectations. For adventurous travellers wanting a clean, comfortable, and well-located base, however, Studio Haus is hard to beat.

Only real complaint is that the “fitness center” was a bench with dumbbells only going up to 25lbs. I think that could have been communicated better in pictures, etc, but overall it was a great location, great price, and nice place.

Clean, comfortable, and stylish room, friendly staff, awesome neighborhood! The nightlife outside can be loud, but the provided noise machine took care of that (earplugs are also available on request but we didn't need them). Lots of nice amenities too!

Check-in and check-out Virtually are so easy. Host is very welcoming. Place is neat and cozy, have everything you need, function rooms are so cool. It is very close to all the attractions in downtown and everything you want to do sit seeing or diing out at Austin. Austin is our first time visit, impressive captital of Texas state. We had great time to stay here. HIghly recommand everyone to stay this brand new place.
