"I booked a double queen 4 months in advance, when I checked in was told they didn’t have any doubles left and was given a single king. Very unprofessional, staff was rude about it, do not recommend."

"The first night was lovely. The second night was a nightmare. There was a wedding that kept me up half the night. When I called the desk, they initially apologized for the “raucous” party happening in the courtyard below me. They promised they would cut off the music by 10:00, then 10:30, then 11:00, and finally around 11:30 they said they were doing the “send-off” which apparently included sparklers. So I was lying in bed listening to 1) fights between guests and 2) guests expressing concerns about SETTING THE TREES ON FIRE WITH THE SPARKLERS. So, please don’t believe that the rooms are soundproofed as it says on the website. "

"I stayed at the CODE right after they opened and for the most part, I had a great experience. Being at a new hotel, there are a few kinks to work out but I am pleased with my stay overall. Cons: rooms are overpriced on the weekends. And they do not include Cleaning service. They charge you an extra $50 on top for them to come turn your room over which is ridiculous in my opinion. The building is not secure, there is open access 24 hours into the garage no key card entry into the building and no key card entry onto your floor so anyone could just walk into the hotel and onto any floor, which is concerning. Valet is $32 a day in self parking is $25 per day. Units are by a busy road so it is loud at night but I can sleep through it. Pros: units are new and beautiful, staff was extremely nice and extremely helpful. Location is great. The beds are very comfortable."
