"This hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and sweet. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The only problem we had was there was a dog boarding place behind the hotel and the dogs were barking like crazy when we were trying to sleep early in the morning. Of course, not the hotel’s fault but it was hard to sleep."

"Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Front desk guys were kind and knowledgeable. The property felt safe and secure. Our room was clean, cool and smelled nice. Pool area is beautiful! We ate in the restaurant for dinner. We were rude…so sorry guys… and showed up 30 minutes before closing but they were so kind and patient while we chose, ordered, and ate. Drinks were so good. We ate 3 appetizers, veggie tempura, gyoza, and tuna tataki. Delicious!!! In the morning we had breakfast. There were many choices everything we ate was good and hot. So happy with this stay, we will be back!"

"Hyatt is very nice hotel. I was disappointed in the lack of communication between the person I spoke with about changing our reservation by phone/chat & the front desk when we checked in. Also, I believe a $35 breakfast is a little much to pay for eggs, yogurt & coffee."
