"Review: Worse Than Before – Avoid
Second stay after being promised improvement — it was worse.
Concierge was unhelpful and disorganised. Told there was valet, but there’s no real on-site parking — ended up wasting 30 minutes finding a space myself.
Staff presentation was poor (one concierge visibly dishevelled and stained shirt).
Room was unacceptable:
No TV, no internet, no working phone
Dirty towels
Basic items missing
Reported issues — nothing fixed.
Overall, service was appalling....

"Easy fast check in, Guy at reception was friendly and helpful, clean room, comfy bed, great shower but couldnt get channels on T.V but was ok with me as I just slept. "
