First of all, the staff is very helpful! Amenities are great (welcome chocolate and a bottle of water).
Our biggest disappointment was our expectation based on the pictures of the hotel seen on the Expedia app. The building on the picture is actually part of the Schönbrunn palace and that is not the hotel.
The rooms seem a lot more spacious on the pictures but that wasn’t really the issue. It was more the representation/ expectation after seeing the pictures of the outside of the hotel vs what it really was.
The A/C was working, we could hear it, but wasn’t cooling down much.

The room was spacious and had all amenities. Plenty of storage including drawers and a large wardrobe. Good sized clean bathroom with plenty of towels. A fridge which was really useful as well as a kettle. Not many plugs but there were still a couple you could use. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. A dedicated large room for luggage storage.
