"Pro's: - Beds are comfy - Rooms are clean (but dated) - Lots of restaurants nearby - Outdoor pool (did not use but looked inviting. Cons: - Front desk staff are not pleasant. This was a big con for us. It takes nothing to smile and be friendly to guests. - Breakfast is not very good. - Can hear toilets flush in other rooms during the night, if youre a light sleeper, it can keep you/wake you up. - No water to drink. The vending machine was out and they do not offer water to guests in the dining room or lobby. Bring your own. - No gym on site "

"The room that I was assigned was 213 and the door did not appear to close all the way. I only stayed a few hours but checked out because I did not feel safe staying overnight in the room. I informed the older woman at the front desk and all she said was OK and took the room key. There was no attempt to make things right by offering a different room or refunding some of my money. There were several men just hanging out in the parking lot and as a woman it gave me an uneasy feeling especially since the door seemed easy to break into."

"There was a Semi truck parked on the street next to the parking lot, less than 100 ft from my room and it was idling all night! I contacted the office around midnight and she said that was the agreement, I don't think City of Prattville would allow overnight truck parking on a city street, that's what truck stops are for!"

"I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price."
