On arrive dans établissement laissé à l'abandon, le jardin n'est pas entretenu, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas pourtant elle fonctionne dans tous les autres hôtels, le restaurant est fermé en pleine saison!! Bref c'est pas une adresse où je retournerai

Das Standardzimmer ist unter dem sehr schrägen Dach und daher klein - der Preis ist verhältnismäßig hoch. Positiv ist das hervorragende Essen - das mit 33,-€ für ein 3-Gänge Menue preiswert ist.

Cadre magnifique mais chambre pas digne d’un 4*

Rapport qualité prix pas au top. Batiment magnifique, personnel accueillant mais ma chambre « supérieur » pour un 4* ne vaut pas le prix payé. A voir il y a des travaux actuellement peux être une bonne surprise la prochaine fois

Très bel hôtel à Autun

Très bel établissement, ancien couvent... Ce qui explique la seule note un peu faible attribuée au confort : notre chambre, ancienne "cellule" des religieuses Ursulines, était assez petite, comparée aux standards de ce type d'hôtel. Restaurant extérieur très agréable. Un regrets, lié à Hôtels.com : nous avons dû modifier notre date de séjour, et avons eu une augmentation conséquente du tarif... ce qui ne se serait pas produit à cette hauteur en réservation directe auprès de l'hôtel. Mais c'est la règle du jeu, n'est-ce pas ?

Les climatisations ne fonctionnaient pas en cette période de grande chaleur. Difficultés pour se garer, garage payant de l'hôtel petit. Personne à l'accueil le matin à 5H30. Arrivée du personnel à 6H45.

Juste pour dormir

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel à l’occasion d’une réunion de famille. Le cadre est agréable mais quelle déception en voyant la chambre ! C’est vieillot et a vraiment besoin de rafraîchissement. La literie est très confortable mais pas de rideau de douche dans la salle de bains qui se transforme alors en pataugeoire ! Il a fallu bricoler le téléviseur tous les soirs pour qu’il fonctionne ... Dommage ! Par ailleurs les petits-déjeuners sont remarquables et le personnel très aimable.

Hotel bien situé en cours de rénovation

Très bien situé proche du centre ville avec un personnel serviable et aimable et une belle vue. L’équipement est propre mais vieillot. Salle de bain bof, Clim bruyante à la place du chauffage en hivers ... Il semble qu'une rénovation soit en cours, elle est la bien-venue, car actuellement il ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Nous ne sommes pas allés au restaurant mais le petit déjeuner est moyen avec une machine à expresso en rupture de capsules ...

Hôtel historique à Autun

Situé dans la vieille ville haute près de la Cathédrale, les Ursulines offrent un cadre historique et au calme. Personnel très agréable, chambre un peu vieillotte mais confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Très belle vue de la terrasse de l’hôtel sur le Morvan.

overrated, not worth the money

Four star hotel - seriously ??? (1) internet speed beneath all possible standards (2) shower in the bathtub with no mounting bracket (3) breakfast buffet absolutely minimal (4) staff unhelpful (or trained to be so : "sorry, we do not have herbal tea in the mornings" - meaning they have it in the house but refuse to get it for you) (5) room - for 92 euro - discount last minute offer, secret price etc - no electricity, no wifi, very small (6) and to top it all, broken glasses and chipped chinaware. I travel extensively, book at least 50 hotel nights per year, and do not mind simple&clean - but when I book a 4* hotel for a serious amount of money I expect MUCH better. This hotel should be removed from the hotels.com offer.

Séjour un peu décevant dans un hôtel 4 étoiles vieillissant (chambre petite et salle de bain obsolète). Cet hôtel a vraiment besoin d'un bon rafraichissement !!!
