Also when we asked a housekeeper for towels we were initially told we had to wait for our specific housekeeper to clean our room. "I can't rave enough about this hotel. Everything was exceptional, from the delicious breakfast we enjoyed everyday to the awesome, helpful and friendly staff, I would give it all a 10 out of 10! We were traveling with our 3 children 2 of which are 8 and under and there was a couple events that really could have made for an extremely bad stay. But the kindness shown to us by the staff simply blew us away! The first night we were there one of our kids got sick in bed in the middle of the night....
