Awesome place to stay, great views, walking distance to all shops and the staff was super nice and helpful. I would love to stay there again on my next trip to Avalon.

I didn’t like this Hotel because there was no ocean view despite what was mentioned in Expedia room has ocean view! that’s why I started a claim to refund my money

Room smelled like mold. It was VERY OUTDATED. Broken windows fixed with tape. Cracked walls. Pictures are misleading. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Had to check out early and stay somewhere else.

This property is really strange. It appears to be old condos that have been subdivided. The main bed was a Murphy bed, not the most comfortable. The space was old and outdated. The AC wasn't working so they hade a make shift AC in the middle of the kitchen that they jerry rigged to a dining chair. Overall, would not recommend this location. Much better options for the same price on the island.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The hotel has everything you need and rooms are nice and clean, basic, nothing fancy, good conditions.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice size. However the rooms need a remodel. The blinds in our rooms didn't work & needed needs replacing; the cabinets are old and smelt damp; Our room with the Murphy bed needed a serious cleaning behind it when pulled down from the wall. Also, there was no hotel transport service to the Inn.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at for >$200 per night. Smelled like mold, furniture from the 60s, sinks, toilet, kitchen, everything was just plain awful. Not worth saving a few bucks. Pay more and avoid at all costs. Never ever going back. Oh and if you decide to check in early for $20 they’ll tack on a $30 resort fee!!

The hotel was in walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping stores and the beach. The hotel room was good in size, it was quiet and I felt safe however the room didn’t feel clean. I had to ask the front desk to come change the cover’s because they were stained. The TV was hard to figure out and the elevator remained wet and dirty all the time we were there. I also received attitude by the lady working the front desk when asking a question about my reservation. I will not book again nor would recommend.

So disappointed by this hotel. Pictures were very deceiving. The room was so dirty and dingy, there were holes on the wall, cracks everywhere. Door was dirty, the lamps had stains. I could go on and on. The TV was so outdated. The furniture as well. There were 2 lamps next to the bed not with no outlets near by to connect them.

Nothing worked .. fridge , microwave, tv would not turn on ….Very dirty. Only 1 towel for two people. Everything was gross and old.

Hi Richard, upon check-in, the front desk did provide you with an after hours number to call if you required assistance & the number is also posted on the door of the lobby. Our office was also open from 9 AM - 7 PM as well if you needed extra towels. Front desk did ask you upon check-out if you attempted to call the after-hours number in order to fix your issues, but unfortunately you stated you did not try to reach out to us. We try our best to accommodate our guests when issues are communicated but since no communication was involved, there was nothing we could do after your departure. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication.

Helpful staff. TV didn't work with remote and extremely low volume. Room had 1/8 inch of toilet paper. Picture showed ocean view, my room looked over construction materials, and ladders. Electrical outlet in bathroom didn't work. When we arrive the elevator didn't work and we were on the third floor.

Would not recommend for the price. The room was old, worn out, and at the bottom 2 of hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were kind, but the room smelled and was out dated. I refused to shower there because I did not trust it. Also, the room to our door was a sliding door. Which was flimsy. Felt unsafe. There was also a connecting room inside our room and it was unlocked. I had to text the after hours like (their lobby closes at 7) to have someone come and lock it. At first they didn’t believe me. I had to send them a video. The guy that came to lock it was kind. But overall, not a good experience. Would never book again. Don’t recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was lovely, quiet,so peaceful. The staff & locals are so welcoming. Our room was more of a lil cabana/nook. It was awesome.

Property is soooo outdated I could not believe this room. The TV never worked, the bed creaked every time we moved while sleeping, the toilet wobbled every time we used it and it had the thinnest blanket. Do not stay in room 544.
