Rose Valley Hotel was a great experience. The rooms were beautiful with high arched ceilings and everything was very clean. The breakfast is cooked fresh for each table and was very delicious. Best free hotel breakfast we have ever had. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the balloons. The customer service was amazing and the hotel staff helped coordinate food delivery, shuttles, a hot air balloon ride, and much more. Everyone made us feel very welcome and at home.

Das Hotel ist in der perfekten Lage, vom Bett aus konnten wir die Heißluftballons aufsteigen sehen. Leider roch das Zimmer extrem nach Kanal, der Abfluss war verstopft und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir dachten, die Leute, die sich auf der Terrasse befanden, wären in unserem Zimmer, so laut war es. Aber ansonsten war das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück war außerordentlich lecker, die Lage ist perfekt und die Dachterasse einfach nur der Wahnsinn.

3 kişilik aile odasında 7 gece konakladık (106). Küçük, şirin, çok beğendim. Mobilyalar,odalar yeni ama nostaljik bir havası var bayıldımmm.Şubat ayında olmamıza rağmen oda ve banyo gayet sıcaktı hatta derecesini düşürmek bile istedik. Girişte üşürsek ekstra ısıtıcı vereceklerini söylediler. Çok ilgililer. Genelde minibar soğutma durumu büyük otellerde dahil kötü olur buradaki minibar soğutması iyiydi.Otelin konumu harikaydı her yere istediğimiz şekilde ulaşabildik. Çalışanlar ve işletme sahibi çok güler yüzlü , ilgili ve ılımlıydı. Temizlik, ilgi alaka, kahvaltı harikaydı. Terastan balonları rahatlıkla izleyebilirsiniz.Çarşaflar , havlular temizdi kötü koku yoktu. Otelde kötü koku var diye yorum okumuştum ama asla kötü bir koku hissetmedik. Fiyatına göre performans değil, epey üst düzey kalıyor bence. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Sahil kısımlarındaki büyük otellerden sonra buraya gelip bu tarz butik otelleri kötü yorumlamayın çünkü bu şehirde hep butik otel kültürü var . Rose Valley her zaman tercihim olacak. Akşam yemekleri için Orman restaurant var oraya gittik hep ve otel sayesinde ikramları oldu,orada da ilgi alaka çok iyiydi. Orman restaurant üstünde bar var 1 kez gittik (Bala Per’di ismi sanırım) maalesef canlı müziğine denk gelemedim üzüldüm (çarşamba-cuma-cumartesi oluyormuş) Toprak Tekel var saat 22:00 a kadar açık onlar da çok sıcak kanlı ve ilgiliydi ayrıca fiyatlar normal marketteki gibi.Biz çok beğendik her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz yine görüşmek dileğiyle🤗

Otel küçük ve sakin. Ocak ayinda olmamiza ragmen hiç üşümedik oda ısıtması yeterliydi. Odadaki jakuzinin hijyenik olduğunu sanmıyorum genel olarak temizlik yetersiz havlularda koku ve lekeler var . Otel e ilk girdiginizde de ağır bir koku karşılıyor sizi. Duştaki su çok sıcaktı ve ayarlanmıyordu hamam kısmındaki sudan kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Yere kilim diye serdikleri aşırı yıpranmış ve kirliydi hiç sermeseler daha iyi. Oda icinde dolap yetersiz eski ve ordan burdan çıkma seyler uydurulmuş gibi bir görüntü var. Keyif için değil de mecburiyetten burada kalıyormuş gibi hissettiriyor. Internet sitesinde king yatak diye yazdiklari iki tek kişilik yatağın birleştirilmesi. Orta taraf çukur ve çok rahatsiz edici. Odalarda ses yalıtımı yok diğer odada konuşulanları duyabiliyorsunuz. Oda kapısının altında bosluk var kapılar çok ince en ufak ses bile işitiliyor. Yaz icin tercih edecekler icin odanin balkonu keyifli olabilir. Camdan balonları görmek güzeldi. Terasta kahvaltı manzarasi da güzel. Otelin tek güzel tarafi kahvaltısı diyebilirim. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Konum olarak güzel bir yerde her yere rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Girişte gezilecek yerler için bilgilendirme broşürü vermeleri güzeldi.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Blick und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Es gibt eigentlich nur einen Makel, der eigentlich keiner ist: Das Frühstück hat die 4 fache Menge dessen, was man frühstücken kann. Das ist grundsätzlich super. Ärgerlich ist nur, wenn man ein Fünftel davon verspeist, wird der Rest möglicherweise entsorgt (oder auch nicht???) Das ist aber kein Problem des Hotels, sondern der Türkei allgemein. Es werden unfassbare Mengen Lebensmittel entsorgt. Das tut einfach nur sehr weh. Wir haben uns dann in unserer Not etliche Butterbrote geschmiert und so einen Teil der Lebensmittel verarbeiten können. Wie gesagt: Das ist kein Negativmerkmal, nur ein grundlegendes Problem der Türkei. Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden.

Magnifique terrasse

Magnifique séjour. Le gros point fort de l’hôtel est sa terrasse sur le toit avec une vue époustouflante. Premier bémol: pas possible de prendre le petit dej en extérieur et les coussins n’étaient pas installés le matin. Par contre le petit dej est copieux et exquis. Deuxième bémol: la mosquée est à quelques mètres de l’hôtel, donc réveil assure a 4h. Néanmoins, je recommande cet hôtel. Nous y avons été très bien.

Otel konum itibariyle avanos ve göremeye çok yakın. Serdar Bey ve ailesi çok ilgiliydi arabamız olmadigi için kendi aracıyla bizi her seferinde çarşıya bıraktı sagolsun. Kahvaltı yeterli ve gayet iyiydi. Birdaha kapadokya ya gidersem kalacağım otel Rose Valley House dur.
