A good place to stay and get refreshed

The room was clean and tidy, I need to say that the 'welcome' cookies were quite tasty. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices to have a healthy and filling breakfast; this is something you need if you plan to have a long trip outside the hotel. We found the pool to be quite clean, this can be both due to the efforts of the staff and the few people around at the time we used it. The only minus was cigarette smell that came from the vents one night; most probably because of another customer. I hope the hotel finds ways to handle such improper people.

The hotel is very well located. A mall is adjacent to it with a door for the mall specially for residents. Rooms are very speacouis and clean. Staff were very respectful helpful and supportive. I would recommend it without a doubt.

Bus tour oriented

Very close to attractions, very helpful and attentive staff, excellent front desk/reception staff. Rooftop restaurant staff very poor and restaurant does not seem patronized by guests. Buffet has poor food and is focused towards bus tours. Hence food is not very good

Cappadocia is amazing. The hotel was disappointing. Breakfast and service was weak. Dinner at the restaurant on the 13th floor of the hotel was not tasty. It was difficult to communicate with the receptionists, do not speak English.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped me with all kinds of things, from making reservations to loaning me an adaptor. The hotel itself is nice and up-to-date, very clean and well managed. Breakfast is excellent so include that in your reservation. The buffet dinners are based on how many guests so sometimes you might have to take taxi to Goreme, which is about 10 minutes away. Or you can go to restaurant on the roof. You can also go to mall connected to hotel but it's mostly fast food. Also recommend getting a massage at the spa. Fantastic experience. Whichever massage you get, make sure to end it with the 10-minute scrub and foam in the hamam.

Oh dear... nice looking hotel. With absolutely no soul or atmosphere. Have never come across such ignorant or incompetent hotel staff! I thought the turkish knew hospitality?? This lot certainly dont. The ONLY member of staff worth note is the guy in the 13th floor in thw restaurant who is excellent. The management need to go learn a few things from him on what genuine service is! Silly rule about wearing a cap in the pool. Dont bother (they dont check and just want to sell you an overpriced one) There is an abundance of hotels in the area.. i certainly wouldnt stay here again out of choice.

Oda soğuk olduğu için daha sıcak olan süit odayı bize tahsis eden Hakan beye teşekkür ediyorum. Çocuklar üşümedi ve çok rahat ettik. Otelden AVM ye geçiş çok keyifli. Çok merkezi bir yerde otel. Özellikle aileler için tavsiye ederim.
