The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, we were not satisfied with the room, as small pieces of debris were falling from the ceiling. Additionally, unpleasant smells from the adjoining kitchen were entering the room.

Loved staying at Mithra Cave Suites. Our favorite thing to do in Cappadocia, besides the hot air balloon, was to sit on the hotel roof terrace, drink cocktails, enjoy delicious food and play cards. Definitely recommend

From check-in to check-out, our stay was amazing. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! For example, we only had one night/day, and they made arrangements at the last minute to join the Red Tour and a taxi to the airport when we got back. We dined at the hotel restaurant for supper and the food (and service) was amazing! Breakfast was included and there were plenty of delicious options. We had a room overlooking the town and they recommended we get up well before sunrise to see the balloons launch - and it was absolutely spectacular!! The room was well appointed and was exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend staying at Mithra Caves Hotel and would go back in a heartbeat.

I wanted to love the place. But there were several issues The room we booked we did not get and when we asked for the suite we thought we booked they said they were fully booked - what they show on the website is more grandeur than what you will get - just a simple room with beds and bathroom The rooftop restaurant left much to be desired rude staff no plates no cutlery no napkins at dinner - we felt like we were annoying them while asking about menu breakfast was just ok - they were constantly running out of food and you will have to keep going up a staircase to get between cold food and hot food - it was not well designed and not safe for those with mobility issues - food was also tasteless at dinner - So expensive for bland meal - Eat at other local spots for better ;) but be prepared to walk up and down all the steep hills Overall not the best I’ve stayed and not the worst but definitely consider other cave hotels they might have better food options and nicer rooms - would not recommend

Great hotel with excellent views of the whole area and the hot air balloons. The room was quite big , well equipped and very beautiful with the cave style stone work and the hot tub was enormous. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting cappadocia

fairy chimney roomと別の部屋に一泊ずつ。 洞窟ホテルを満喫することができたので、満足している。ただし、洞窟がゆえの不便さや2泊目の別部屋は暖房器具が付けっぱなしで止まらないなど快適さは少し気になる。 ただし、スタッフの対応も良く、カッパドキアならではの宿泊を体験するにはもってこい。
