"They didn't have the room we booked for our family. They put us in two separate rooms that they claimed we're adjoining, but they were not. This was less than ideal for a family with children. The carpet smelled bad, the tub faucet dripped and the outlet on the lamp by the bed was loose and didn't keep the plug in. The other outlet on the table must not have worked because my tablet didn't charge overnight. I asked for maid service so I could have clean towels each morning, but didn't get them. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more. Then I had to stand in front of the clerk at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for her to finish a phone call. I was taught in customer service that the customer in front of you takes precedence over the one on the phone. The service industry is in dire need of change. This hotel will definitely NOT be my first choice in the future."

"SUPER CLEAN and comfortable room! SHOUTOUT to “Nicole”! (name on the housekeeping notecard) Luxurious bathroom! Beautiful artwork in the room and around the property. We were in a double queen room overlooking the pool and a pond with marshy area beyond, which was beautiful. There were 2, skinny wardrobes, one on each side of the beds. Large TV. Lighting was good. A/C worked good. Spa was relaxing and very serene, light music playing in the background. Bartender, Dee, was awesome! Casino is small and quaint but has some of the popular favorites. We ate in the restaurant once and took a meal to go once. Both were decent; bar food and more menu. Great prices! We had a wonderful stay!"

"The room was clean as the hotel is currently under some updates. The Hotels.com listing for this property says it has a hot tub/spa but upon checking in, when asked, was told that the tub was removed, like many others of this chain, during the COVID stuff. We also saw/killed dozens of small ants that were all over the desk/table in the room. The remaining pool was almost unbearably cold."

"Sketchy people huddled around hotel. Was loud most of the night and a lot of smells that definitely didnt belong. Had to leave to deal with a family emergency and was told my loss on my money. "
