The front desk staff was, without exception, very friendly,helpful and receptive to all our questions. One of the young men even called a friend to pump up our low tire!! "The service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes. The hotel is nice. The 2 bedrooms apartment was convenient. The staff are super nice and friendly. Actually the Bosnian people are very nice in general "

"A lovely 9 room boutique hotel just across the Latin Bridge. Nice and clean with a lovely breakfast buffet situated in their basement. There is no lift but the hotel is fantastic in every other respect in terms of cleanliness , facilities and location. They will help book transport to and from the hotel ( 30 euros) . The location is perfect - a few minutes walk over the Latin Bridge and you are in the Old Town with dozens of things to see and visit, as well as many many dining options . From...
