The staff basically acted as if you were a burden on them. We stayed at 8 different cities on this two week trip and I wish we would have skipped this one on the way back. The last place we stayed in Ft. Lauderdale was great."

"Leider waren der Pool und der Liegebereich sehr dreckig. Tische waren nicht abgewischt, es standen überall leere Getränke herum und es lag Laub auf und zwischen den Liegen. Zum Teil war das Personal wenig hilfsbereit und nicht gastfreundlich."
