"Booked a king suite room and at after checking in they gave me a kind regular room, they didn't have the king suite available...yet I had a whole active reservation for that type of room. I was never contacted prior to me checking in that my room typed was not available and here are the options if you're not happy with the issue.
When I have to reach out to the front desk and tell them this is not the room i booked. It's a oversight and unprofessional.

"Room was so cute and comfortable. Location cannot be beat, right across from an HEB and minutes away from Lake Travis/Bob Wentz park, etc! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had in my life, full cable on TV, loads of pillows for the bed, informative staff. Would absolutely return!"

"We have stayed in multiple Home2’s and have always loved them. Although, this one, the table in there had 2 broken legs, the lamp was broken, the dishwasher didn’t work, the shower was dirty and the water pressure was sub par. Luckily for us it was a short weekend trip, but overall a little disappointed in the shape of our room. The staff was friendly … for the most part."

I asked Expedia to message the property to see if they could give us a refund or a discount since someone was bit, by the bed bug and we got denied. Hotel staff was very rude. I am very disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend to anybody and hope.The staff is a little bit more friendly to your guys' next customers."
