"Very disappointing, initial room was dirty, bathroom not clean, one key card not working. Had to change rooms with a very late arrival which was planned. Second room also not very clean with liquid stains on wall and boxspring, old and stained towels, no cups. Makeup stains on pillow cases and towels. ..."
